How We Can Help
B.C. Pay Transparency Compliance
Compensation landscape in Canada is always changing and evolving which adds to compliance burden.
The government of British Columbia has paved with Pay Transparency Act back in May 2023.
Starting 2024, depending on organization size, B.C. employers will have to report on their Pay Transparency on gender pay gap and make the report publicly available.
Report has to adhere to methodology as part of legislative requirement. A sample of the Pay Transparency Report can be found here
We can help shoulder that burden by ensuring your business is compliant.
